Life Wants and Wishes

In addition to my prime desire for being there to lend a helping hand for those who need it most, I like to spend my time doing things for myself as well.

Gymnastics-Inspired Hobby

I love to workout. There is something that stuck with me from gymnastics, and it is the extreme desire to build up my body, and make myself stronger. I feel that there is a sense of fulfillment knowing that I’m taking the right steps to keep my body healthy, and ultimately better myself. My fitness journey so far has given me the drive to help others, once again, to feel like they are working toward their goals as well. I live to lead by example, and inspire the people surrounding me. So, if I want the people around me to have a desire to benefit themselves, I believe the best way to do that is to show them how to do so myself.

Flagstaff-Inspired Passion

I am also largely interested in being outdoors. And not only that, but being active outdoors. A great way to connect with nature, and the core of yourself is to get outside and do something you enjoy. For me, it is hard to find something I do not enjoy doing outside. I love to hunt and fish, I grew up in that way of life. I love to snowboard in the winter, hike, run, bike, walk the dogs…pretty much anything outside, I would love to be doing. I hope to share this combination of the outdoors and fitness with others through physical therapy. Something a patient can look forward to serves as a type of motivation to invest in the betterment and healing of themselves.

After all, its not always easy to achieve self-improvement. And that’s why I am here to help.
